Custom Home Builder in Pocatello, ID

Spring Creek Homes, LLC. is Pocatello's hometown custom builder. We're based right here — not a regional chain, not a franchise. When you build with us, you work directly with Master Builder Nick Jensen and a crew that lives in the community we're building.

What We Build in Pocatello

• Custom homes — on your lot or ours, designed around your life and budget
• Remodels — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations
• Developments — including Jaxon Subdivision, Jazmine Estates, and Deeter Ridge Estates
• Commercial construction — offices, retail, and light commercial across the city

Why Pocatello Builds With Spring Creek

We're a multi-generational building family with a simple philosophy: a great home for a fair price, a building process that's genuinely easy, and service after the sale that doesn't disappear when the final check clears. That's earned us Parade of Homes recognition and Reader's Choice awards — and more importantly, neighbors who refer their neighbors.

From the bench to Chubbuck Road, from established neighborhoods to new developments on the edge of town, we've built across Pocatello. Tell us about your project — the consultation is free, and the advice is honest.
